Our Excellerated Business Schools organization has had many magnificent instructors through the decades. Randy Craft was one of the best. He and Willson Lin were the only instructors who taught at every Chinese Business School (89 of them) in the Asia Pacific region. His testimonial of the work would have been pages long, and since he passed on August 17, 2020, it’s my job as one of his best friends—and as he called me, “his best and most profitable employer”—to give him a voice in this special chapter. He first attended Money & You in 1981. He was the one who tricked Robert T. Kiyosaki into attending the program later that year. He also attended the Business Schools and fell in love with Jim Halcomb’s work, the PERT Chart technology; he mastered it and taught it in all the Business Schools. Randy was a true genius; thus, he also fell in love with Buckminster Fuller’s work. Thanks to him (and his adamant request) to organize and lead the film crew of the longest program that Bucky ever taught, there’s a record of one of the most loved geniuses in the world. He also taught Bucky’s comprehensive (and very hard to assimilate) work through visual media and in different languages to keep that important work alive. Randy loved this work. We spoke for an hour, 12 hours before his passing. I can attest that he moved on to the heavenly realms with huge love in his heart for all his students, his associates, his friends, his muses, and the work of transformation in the workplace. He loved us comprehensively. Many of us miss him more than we could have ever imagined. And we are forever grateful for his teachings through the decades. We will include in the Money & You® Platform writings that he loved to give to the world, and you’ll get a sense of the magnificence of his work and of this Renaissance Man. May he rest in Love.
